Call for Reviewers: Victoriographies: A Journal of Nineteenth-Century Writing, 1790-1914

Victoriographies: A Journal of Nineteenth-Century Writing

This is an open call for reviewers for Victoriographies: A Journal of Nineteenth-Century Writing, 1790-1914, co-edited by Patricia Pulham and Diane Piccitto and published by Edinburgh University Press which produces three issues annually.

Victoriographies especially welcomes early career researchers, post-doctoral students, advanced graduate students, and post-graduates. Reviews should be 800-1000 words for single books and 1300-1500 for two or more books, and they should be accompanied by a biographical note (50-100 words). Books should be published no more than two years in the past (2017) but can, of course, be forthcoming monographs we’ll request in advance from the publisher. For more information about the journal, including our style guide, please visit our website (https://www.euppublishing.com/loi/vic).

If you are interested in reviewing a recent monograph or essay collection relating to the literature and culture of the long nineteenth century for an upcoming issue, please contact our Book Review Editor, Amy Kahrmann Huseby (ahuseby@fiu.edu).
